Pt’chang has folded but in its place has arisen the Nonviolent Training Project. It has put up a wonderful website.
Their resources section are quite good relying on the diverse works of Sharp, Lakey, Moyer, and Burroughs, among others.
It is appealing to see a site grab materials from a variety of ideological perspectives.
