Can anyone refer me to some experts in representing the history of a nonviolent movement in public places like museums, memorials, pilgrimage trails, and so forth? In particular, I’m interested in people who have experience with:

* telling the story of movements that had a pronounced ethnic and religious dimension

* representations of history that treat time in its circular as well as linear conceptions

*using the Internet to broaden the idea of public space

I request this because of a project I am involved in. I have spent some time visiting the National Gandhi Museum in Delhi. It’s a labour of love for the staff who operate it. However it is a traditional museum, and I wonder if there are potentially other ways of representing nonviolent history.

Kind regards,
Damon
